Overview

The review panel issued the first discussion paper on 23 November 2012. The paper was deliberately brief in its content. The paper in the panel’s view needed to stimulate discussion, and provide a suggested basis for a proposed governance structure that the sports representatives and member clubs could then provide feedback to the panel in its widest form. One panel member described the paper as a dart board; it was there for member clubs to target and challenge with suggestions and ideas.
