EVENT DETAILS

FRIDAY CONFERENCE

Friday’s Conference is all about coming together and strengthening our sport for the future. In a new format for 2025, attendees learn from a range of informative presentations from experts and take part in collaborative discussions about shaping the future of MotorSport New Zealand.

Already confirmed for the 2025 Conference are presentations from sponsorship expert Mike Keech and leading health and safety lawyer, Brett Harris.

MotorSport New Zealand will be holding a session on our 2025-2027 Strategic Plan, how we’ve developed it and our plans to implement it.

More sessions will be announced in the build-up to the conference, but it’s safe to say there will be huge value for Licence Holders and Member Clubs alike.

‘Service Park’ drinks, a mainstay of the Friday Conference, will once again round out the day. This is a great opportunity for you to network and catch up with other passionate people whilst enjoying a drink. Drinks are included in your registration fee.

SATURDAY CONFERENCE & AGM

A finance seminar and the 78th Annual General Meeting will take place in the morning, with the aim for formalities to be concluded by lunchtime.

Please note: whilst attendance for Type B Members (Licence holders) is permitted, Type B Members are not eligible to vote on matters in the AGM.
