Ferrari Driver Academy – Asia Pacific Selection 2024

The Ferrari Driver Academy (FDA) – Asia Pacific and Oceania regional selection program is back for 2024! Held on 15-19 September 2024 at Sepang International Circuit, Malaysia, drivers aged 14-17 are invited to apply for the selection program.

This program aims to find the best young talent in our region and have them compete in the Scuderia Ferrari Driver Academy Finals in Italy for a place in the Scuderia Ferrari Driver Academy.

Drivers will be trained and tested in the latest Top Speed prepared Tatuus Formula 4 Generation 2 car on the famous Sepang circuit, in front of the Scuderia Ferrari Driver Academy scouts, competing for a place in the Scuderia Ferrari Driver Academy Finals in Italy later this year.

Program Details:

• Track time and testing in Formula 4 cars
• Support from professional mechanics (including car preparation)
• Advice and training from professional F4 race engineers
• Dedicated race engineer for the entire time on track
• Dedicated track time across two days, competing for a third and final selection day
• Fitness training and testing
• Media, Sponsorship, and Data Analysis testing and training
• Nutrition and psychology workshops

Young drivers will have to demonstrate their abilities on track to the Ferrari team across the first two days to be selected for the final day.

For those looking at a pathway into Formula One, the Academy is well renowned for promoting young talent such as Charles Leclerc, a graduate currently on the Formula One grid.
