Statement regarding 70th New Zealand Grand Prix

The Notice of Intention to appeal to the FIA International Court of Appeal lodged by Car #40, Ryan Wood, has been withdrawn by the entrant.

Stewards Decision #010 stands where Car #40 was disqualiified from Q3. Car #40 will start from position seven for the 70th New Zealand Grand Prix, pending any further decisions.

Car #40 will now be eligible to be classified at the conclusion of the race and may take part in any prizegiving or any podium ceremonies.
